This land was agricultural, up until 2002. (Celery, lima beans, strawberries)
In late 2001, and early 2002, the developer, and builder (DR HORTON) were in the permit, EIR impact stage of the building process. The City of Oxnard, and the County of Ventura were both cut in for a piece of the corporate pie. Above, and beyond the millions a year in taxable revenue that would be added to city, and county coffers.
AT THE VERY SAME TIME; I AM TALKING PUBLICLY ABOUT "LONG TERM, AND MASSIVE, "TOXIC CHEMICAL CONTAMINATION OF THE GROUND WATER" DIRECTLY ACCROSS THE STREET FROM THIS HIGH END CASH MAGNET.
So, on one side of Victoria Ave. in west Oxnard;
You have the owners of the commercial real estate property, (Tiger Real Estate Fund LP) that is the "source site" of the long-term massive toxic chemical contamination of the groundwater, in west Oxnard. That didn't report the groundwater contamination to the EPA, or CAL-OSHA.
Who have over one billion dollars of local (City of Oxnard-City of Ventura) commercial real estate holdings at risk of being lost after years of civil litigation over the length, and breadth of their "unreported" toxic chemical contamination of the groundwater. (Brought by the "hundreds of homeowners" who have properties that are impacted by this toxic contamination.)
PLUS: Tiger's "limited partner investors" (City of Oxnard- City of Ventura-County of Ventura- employees pension funds monies.) That total in the tens of millions, that would be frozen, and then bled off, before all of this was litigated out in court.
Providing; one Hell of a lot of motive for the rule of law, and Constitutional guarentees to be tossed out the window. Especially in a case that started with my talking loud, and publiclly about; "Toxic chemical contamination of the groundwater" At Tiger's commercial source site.

You have the largest, multi-phased, planned community/commercial real estate developments in the City of Oxnard's and Ventura County's history, quietly, and under the publics radar, consolidating all of the permits, waivers, exemptions, etc. necessary to start building almost a square mile of million dollar homes with private boat docks, on newly dug man-made channels; Condominiums that are close to a million dollars each. (Over-looking all of this maritime splendor) Over 169,000 sq. ft. of high end commercial real estate. (Think Von's Super-Store, Starbucks, etc.) And; Phase four; A world class, four star resort. (Which the developers claim will rival anything. Anywhere.)
Can you imagine their feelings, and reactions to someone talking about not just; "contamination of the groundwater" But speaking publiclly about; "LONG TERM, MASSIVE, TOXIC CHEMICAL CONTAMINATION OF THE GROUNDWATER?"

Once you have "digested" all of this information, I am sure that it will lead you to ask many questions as to the particulars of specific case hearing court dates, and the surrounding conversations that were a part of the court's transcripts. As well as off record conversations with my "alleged" counsels.

I realize that it will be hard for you at first to believe that such things could become this wrong within a State of Calif. Superior Court. I had trouble wrapping my mind completely around the reality of such things being true, for a long time, and they happened to me.

I have "gathered/researched" much more, as pertains to not only the motives behind this court's actions, in my case, and other peoples cases.
I have also narrowed down to three (3) the most "plausible/possible" motives as to why the federal govt. (Dept. of Justice; (FBI; and Office of the Inspector General) have maintained; TOTAL SILENCE as relates to my formal, complaint of civil liberties violations, by officers of the Ventura Superior Court, and Oxnard police officers.
That I filed with the DOJ in March, 2004.
As well as the TOTAL SILENCE by the Dept. of Justice's Office of the Inspector General as relates to my formal complaint of; "Civil liberties violations committed against my person by a Dept. of Justice employee."

Even though I sent 16 requests for; " Status of my complaint" over a two plus years period to the DOJ-OIG through the proper, secure, electronic complaint filing avenue that was set up by the DOJ-OIG to handle NOTHING but complaints of this nature. Once you ascertain that my statements of corruption being "systemic" among the officers of the Ventura Superior Court are true, and I bring you up to speed on everything else that I have learned about the; "powers that be" in Ventura County, and relate to you why the U.S Govt. has for years adopted a "hands off" policy
as pertains to this scandalous court, you will know what the full length and breadth of this legal equivalent of a fire breathing dragon is, that we need to slay.
Together, we can bring down this beast. And when we do, Carlo Parlanti will not only be given renewed access to the court in a county other than Ventura. But the scandalous stink of the indignities that Carlo Parlanti has already endured will force the next State of California State Superior Court to opt against their; "pointing their finger, in righteous accusation" at Carlo again.
For at the moment that even the most basic thought of doing such a crazy thing enters their head, so also will be the imagined sounds of derision that would accompany any real attempt by the state to do so.
And this roar of derision would emanate from all corners of the world if they do.
